I am writing to talk about my great experience with Sylvia Vega.  At the time I first contacted Sylvia, I was looking to sell my property.  I had never spoken with Sylvia for a long period of time, but I was impressed by her work ethic (since she was always passing out information and knocking on doors to speak with people).  So I thought I would give her a shot.  It was a decision I was very happy I made.

I felt very comfortable with Sylvia right from the start.  She made it clear that she wanted to do whatever was in my best interest.  She clearly explained everything as we went through the process of selling my property and was always available if I needed to ask something.  Even when we hit some bumps in the road which I feel is inevitable in any real estate transaction, Sylvia had a great attitude and I always felt she was in control of the situation. 

One particular aspect of my transaction I should mention was marketing.  As I’m sure everyone knows, advertising your property is a huge part of selling it.  I felt as though Sylvia not only did a great job of placing ads everywhere, but also did an unbelievable job of making my place look great.  She even hired a professional photographer to take pictures.  The quality and effort definitely showed.

If I had to choose some words to describe Sylvia I would say hard working, honest and positive.  With these types of characteristics it’s easy to see why selling my property went so smoothly and quickly.  To conclude, I would highly recommend Sylvia if you’re considering buying or selling a property.
